The situation where the initially approved budget has to be doubled to protect the investment is quite common. You will be informed about any possible deviation/symptoms in your project that might result in a budget increase, time prolongation and/or jeopardized goals. We also monitor the overall progress and raise a red flag whenever any (concealed) implementation of features/services that are unnecessary to achieve the given goals is observed.
