„Why have they decided to establish this company? After all there is a bunch of similar companies on the market. So why then?“ Perhaps you have the same question in your mind. And answer is even simpler than you would expect. 

Last 20 years I have dealt with various service providers on both sides – as a supplier providing service and know-how to banks, insurance companies, pension funds, mobile operators etc. as well as a client – as an employee of corporations buying services from consultants believing that they will make our lives easier and help us to achieve our business goals thanks to their professional approach and broad experience. And here is a stumbling block. Even well-established companies on the market with impressive track records were not capable to deliver what they promised – practical delivery rather than a pile of theoretical presentations. They are focused on quantity instead of quality. And this approach could and surprisingly still can work – there are too many isolated stakeholders in companies demanding help as well as brilliant volubility with capability to vindicate almost any failure. I have been realizing that we mostly bought only „hands“ or „speakers“ though we expected „brilliant minds with rolled up sleeves“. Simply current quality standards compelled us to establish this company. That is why.

We in Smart Ways truly believe that the only way to success leads through satisfied clients. And we subordinate our way of work to it. Perhaps you have own experience with external services either you could even get done better on your own or at incredibly high price. Average job done is not good enough for us. We always strive to outperform standards. These are the main reasons why we focus on narrower range of services – on what we understand the best and where we have strong experience. And at reasonable price.  Development of business strategies, process analysis & optimisation, quality assurance of your projects, SW testing and data processing/analysing – this is exactly what we do understand the best.   We want to deliver something more, something extraordinary on top of either an average or overpriced advisory. But do not get me wrong. We get any job done with our hands on execution. 

Again, QUALITY is the only denominator of what we represent and main reason why we decided to establish Smart Ways. Smaller and enthusiastic team with day-to-day proven expertise and with deep knowledge of financial and telco industries that enable us to provide you world-class services. 

As we are young company, we cannot proud ourselves on many successful stories under our brand. But we all believe this will not be our handicap as experience of our team comes from participation in various and successful projects across Europe & Asia (Czech, Slovakia, Austria, Kosovo, Ukraine, Russia, China, Philippines, Netherlands, UK, Romania etc.)  for leading financial groups such as Erste, Raiffeisen, former AIG, Home Credit, KBC or Société Générale.
